Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning, wellbeing, and personal development by: Supporting teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment Providing high-quality support to small groups or individuals with ASD and complex needs Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues Supporting engaging off-site activities and enrichment experiences Assisting with daily routines, breaks, and personal care where required Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentWhat We’re Looking For Resilient, empathetic, and creative individuals with a genuine passion for supporting children GCSEs (or equivalent) are valued Experience with SEN/ASD is welcomed but not essential – full training and support will be provided A positive team-player with strong communication skillsPlease note: This role involves working with children in a regulated activity and requires an Enhanced DBS Check including a Barred List Check.
