Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for events, sport, and creating unforgettable brand experiences? We’re looking for a Partnership Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across our dynamic events portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Driving Growth: Meet and exceed sponsorship sales targets, delivering measurable revenue growth.
2. New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new commercial opportunities with corporate clients, sponsors, and high-value accounts.
3. Consultative Selling: Understand client marketing goals and craft tailored sponsorship packages that deliver ROI.
4. Pitching & Presenting: Confidently pitch to clients via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings.
5. Market Intelligence: Attend competitor events and stay ahead of industry trends to keep Goodwood at the forefront.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver value-driven partnerships.
7. Performance Ownership: Manage KPIs and sales targets, reporting regularly on progress and outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
8. A proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within sport, events, hospitality, or entertainment.
9. Experience securing new business and consistently meeting revenue targets.
10. Strategic and creative thinking with the ability to craft compelling sales propositions.
11. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
12. Commercial acumen with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
13. Resilience, proactivity, and a hunger for challenge and opportunity.
