Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the firms Company & Commercial department. Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts. Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving new business and enhancing the firms presence in the commercial market. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. About You Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in company and commercial law.
