This opportunity at London Ambulance Service (LAS) focuses on supporting the development of careers within the Organisational Development and Talent Management (OD&TM) and wider People and Culture strategy. This is a career opportunity within the award-winning People & Culture Directorate at LAS.
The post holder will be responsible for hosting a range of career clinics, contributing to planning, design and delivery of programme portfolios (including soft skills and other development workshops), and supporting Talent Management interventions service-wide. They will work closely with the Talent Management Associate Business Partner to scope, design, deliver and implement bespoke Talent Management initiatives and perform ongoing analysis, evaluation and reporting to maintain professional standards in line with best practice, policy and legislation. The role supports LAS as a high-performing, learning organisation and an Employer of Choice by enabling career development at all levels.
Job responsibilities
* Lead the Career Clinic service across LAS and provide career-enhancing support to a diverse range of colleagues.
* Assist in the design, development and implementation of Talent Management initiatives to support career development across LAS people.
* Support the Our LAS culture change programme and contribute to its evaluation.
* Design, deliver and evaluate high-quality, engaging career advisory services and Talent Management initiatives.
This role reports to the Talent Management Associate Business Partner.
