About the Role As a Relationship Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing and developing valued partnerships. You’ll contribute to sustainable growth by supporting the distribution of our propositions across a range of channels and platforms, helping customers access long-term savings and protection products. Your work will directly support the team’s goals and make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders • Clearly communicate product features and benefits • Process salary exchange quotes and illustration requests • Support consultants in using our new self-serve platform • Assist with partnership events and campaign promotion • Update adviser CRM with key sales information • Contribute to a smooth, efficient, and professional sales process • Support scheme pricing and submissions About You • Understanding of the competitive landscape in which Royal London operates • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to interpret Sales MI and present meaningful insights to advisers • Strong commercial awareness to identify sales opportunities • Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders across various channels • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks About Royal London We’re the UK’s largest mutual life, pensions and investment company, offering protection, long-term savings and asset management products and services.
