Description
* Provide clear, practical advice on employment tax matters including governance, off‑payroll workers, national minimum wage and reward.
* Develop tailored solutions that address varied client needs, from large corporates to fast‑growth businesses.
* Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Oversee compliance with employment tax requirements and changes in legislation.
* Lead, coach and support team members to build capability.
* Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.
* Collaborate nationally to deliver joined‑up services and stay updated on evolving tax rules.
Profile
* A strong background in Employment Tax, with awareness of Global Mobility issues and confidence handling more complex technical challenges.
* CTA qualified (or equivalent), or able to demonstrate strong capability through substantial hands‑on experience in employment tax.
* Someone who is open, approachable and genuinely collaborative, with the ability to listen, engage and build trusted working relationships.
* Strong people‑leadership skills, with a focus on developing others, recognising potential and supporting the growth of the wider team.
