Job Description
* Handle a caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to resolution.
* Provide advice and guidance on housing disrepair matters to clients.
* Draft and review documents, including statements of case and witness statements.
* Conduct negotiations and settlements with landlords or their representatives.
* Attend court hearings and represent clients when required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
* Stay informed on housing disrepair legislation and developments.
The Successful Applicant
