About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support Representative. Based in our Leatherhead office, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Update customer records and manage data accurately using our CRM system
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (office-based preferred)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided)
