Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner - In-Home Health Evaluations
We're hiring independent contractor NPs to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Build trusted relationships while helping people re-engage with their health.
Compensation:
Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly
$80 base rate per completed assessment
Average 6-9 patient visits daily
Additional pay-per-test compensation for qualifying visits
Position Details:
Flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members
