Salary: Up to A GBP 40,000 + Commission

My client is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive / Manager to help drive growth across the hospitality, events, and venue sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional looking to develop their career within a fast:paced, entrepreneurial environment. Youll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, supporting bids and proposals, and building strong client relationships.
What Youll Do
* Identify and research new business opportunities
* Generate leads and support outbound sales activity
* Respond to enquiries and help convert opportunities into business
* Build relationships with prospective clients and partners
* Support tenders, pitches, and commercial proposals
* Maintain CRM systems and manage pipeline activity
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities
What Youll Bring
* Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, marketing, or a similar commercial role
* Strong communication and relationship:building skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Experience supporting proposals, presentations, or pitches is advantageous
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
