Role Overview
As a Scrub Practitioner (ODP) you will be an integral member of the multidisciplinary team supporting surgeons and other theatre staff to deliver high-quality peri‑operative care.
Responsibilities
* Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
* Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
* Provide high‑quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
* Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
* Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, including Surgical First Assist training
Qualifications
* Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC)
* Post‑registration experience in scrub roles within a theatre environment
* Team‑player with a passion for exceptional patient care
