We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy, data-driven, and creative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge D2C growth across the UK & EU.
If you're an expert in Paid Social and e-commerce strategy, this is your chance to make a major impact on an iconic basketball lifestyle brand.
What You’ll Do:
Website Management:
* Oversee e-commerce site development with 3rd-party developers.
* Optimize navigation, collections, UX, and product launches.
* Align online product drops with inventory & marketing priorities.
Digital Marketing & Paid Social:
* Plan, launch, and optimize Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
* Run A/B tests, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
* Monitor metrics, deliver insights, and manage budgets.
* Collaborate with creative/content teams to ensure ad impact.
* Deliver clear performance reports & sales forecasts.
* Manage marketing calendar and online trading budget.
* Track trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Inventory Management:
* Coordinate inventory with merchandising and logistics teams.
* Ensure site readiness ahead of key launches and promos.
What You’ll Bring:
* 4+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing (sportswear or footwear ideal).
* Proven success in Paid Social: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest.
* Deep experience with Shopify/Shopify+.
* Skilled in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite.
* Strong performance marketing mindset (ROI, conversions, CPL).
