Offer description

As part of the team you would be expected to provide an excellent service to our patients. The work is varied and interesting it includes Management Duties alongside Reception duties which include answering the phone, making appointments, welcoming patients and visitors, listening and understanding patients needs, resolving queries or signposting patients to the appropriate service or appointment. You need to be well motivated and friendly with good people skills, enjoy working in a busy environment and being part of a team. You will be able to communicate clearly and effectively, showing understanding, care and assertiveness when appropriate.

You will be capable of developing good administrative and organisational skills and have experience of using computers. Experience of working in healthcare is not essential as long as you possess the above qualities and are willing and eager to learn new skills and are flexible in your approach to work. We will provide in-house training and continuing support.
