Host Staffing are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a quality-led, food-focused gastro pub with a strong reputation for seasonal British cooking.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed chef who wants to work with fresh ingredients, take ownership of their section, and develop within a supportive, professional kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
Running your own section during service
Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily prep and service
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
Passion for fresh, seasonal British produce
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Calm and professional under pressure
A positive, team-focused attitude
