Lead F&B Outlets Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced F&B Outlets Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences across multiple pop-up outlets.

**Job Summary**
As an F&B Outlets Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, including Cooks Fish & Chip's, Seaside Treats, and Berties Ice Cream. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets. Key responsibilities include:
* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
* Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and driving a welcoming atmosphere.
* Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
* Resource Management: Oversee team scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximize efficiency and meet business needs.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards.
* Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.

**Key Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in roles such as Duty Manager, Store Manager, or a similar leadership role within the food service or retail industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
