CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a Portsmouth based organisation for the recruitment of a HR Business Partner on a 6 month interim basis.
Reporting to the Head of HR and supporting approximately 400 employees across multiple sites, this role will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, driving people strategy, talent initiatives, and employee engagement during a period of change and growth.
What will the HR Business Partner role involve?
Partner with senior leaders to deliver the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development, engagement, and retention.
Manage employee relations case loads, advising managers on complex matters and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
Support recruitment campaigns and onboarding to attract and retain talent.
Deliver engagement and inclusion programmes, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Lead and support HR projects, systems implementation, reporting tools and process improvement initiatives.
Suitable candidate for the HR Business Partner vacancy:
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience within a fast paced, operational environment.
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Proven experience as a trusted partner to leadership teams with the ability to influence and drive change.
Able to adapt in a fast-paced, high-performing business environment.
