This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality FM services. Youll be responsible for providing efficient administrative and financial support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the contract. Role Details: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am 5:00 pm Location: Heathrow (Hybrid working) Salary: £34,000 per annum Contract Type: Temp to Perm Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to the Facilities Management contract team Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including purchase orders, invoices, and reports Support contract compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements Liaise confidently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication Assist with scheduling, coordination of site activities, and contract mobilisation Maintain and update internal systems to ensure data accuracy and transparency Prepare reports, presentations, and contract-related documentation as required Requirements: Experience in Facilities Management or a similar fast-paced operational environment Strong administrative skills, ideally with finance or procurement exposure Confident using internal systems for POs, quotes, and invoicing Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach IT proficient and quick to adapt to new platforms and tools Whats on Offer: Competitive salary starting from £34,000 per annum Long-term opportunity within a growing FM contract Supportive and welcoming team culture Ongoing training and genuine career development prospects Work for a respected, people-focused FM company Interested?
