Your primary focus will be on courts in Sussex, Guildford, Essex, Ipswich, and Staines, though you may also attend other courts as needed.You’ll be responsible for advising, preparing, and presenting a range of civil protective orders in the Magistrates' Court, including:
* Domestic Violence Protection Orders
* Stalking Protection Orders
* Sexual Harm Prevention Orders
* Sexual Risk Orders
* Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions
* Closure Orders
