We are looking for a Store Manager for our store in Bluewater Shopping Centre. This store features new concepts that add something truly unique to the Bluewater shopping experience. We are seeking a leader with experience developing teams to deliver fantastic service standards and to lead and develop the high-volume sales operation.
You will be an experienced, dynamic, commercially focused Store Manager with proven results leading teams and growing sales. This is a busy role in the Bluewater shopping centre, Dartford. We are looking for a manager who can analyse current performance and bring improvements to sales and operational efficiency through their own ideas and retail experience to deliver a HARIBO experience for customers and colleagues instore. The Store Manager for Bluewater will be self-motivated and hands-on with previous exposure to fast-paced retail, and must be prepared to lead the team with a one-team approach to retail.
Our Store Managers work closely with colleagues in store and across the business to drive commercial performance and profitability while analysing customer trends to entice customers into the exciting and happy world of HARIBO.
Responsibilities
* Deliver HARIBO sales targets and KPIs by executing HARIBO customer service, retail and operational standards.
* Lead, manage and develop the store team to achieve the best possible results.
* Drive customer service and retail excellence to maintain HARIBO standards.
* Comply with health and safety and food safety standards.
* End-to-end stock management, maintaining stock levels, submitting orders and managing the delivery process.
* Staff planning and ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
* Identify training needs across the team and develop plans to support growth.
* Measure and report against customer and retail KPIs.
* Collaborate with Bluewater shopping centre to optimise operations.

* Be disciplined, proactive, adaptable and organised; able to work on own initiative.
* Display strong interpersonal skills with all stakeholders, internal and external.
* Ability to understand conflicts and manage emotions in front of customers and colleagues.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Experience of stock management and loss prevention.
* People management skills across the colleague lifecycle.

Hours and Location
This role is 40 hours per week, with a flexible pattern to meet retail needs. UK travel will be required. The role is based at Bluewater, Dartford, and involves support across the retail team as needed.
