Bally’s Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. Bally’s also owns Bally’s Interactive International (formerly Gamesys Group), Bally Bet, and Bally Casino.
Our Hosts greet guests with a warm welcome, anticipate their gaming needs, and provide tailored experiences that encourage repeat visits. They are the face of the casino and address customer questions or concerns, monitor potential issues, and discretely report any suspicious behavior or problem gambling to the appropriate teams. As an Electronic Gaming Host, you will help transform a gaming visit into an unforgettable experience, contributing to a fun, welcoming environment for our guests and to our ongoing success.
Please note, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a team member, you may be required to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
* Ensure customers are provided with products that are efficient, maintained, in working order, and operated in accordance with regulations.
* Support the Electronic Gaming department in achieving the overall business goal.
* Show awareness of patrons/regulars and work with the team to service this customer base.
* Ensure all customers’ play is tracked and reported correctly and complete daily audits.
* Maintain electronic gaming service standards and upkeep of ticket printers, coin acceptors, bill validators, gaming monitors, touchscreens, and other gaming equipment.
* Report any technical or equipment malfunctions to Electronic Gaming Technicians in a timely manner.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment—preferably in an Entertainment, Food & Beverage, or Casino setting.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a positive and concise communication style.
* Understanding of relevant legislation on the responsible service of alcohol and practical knowledge of service industry and culture.
* Focus on providing outstanding customer service.
* Excellent attention to detail and confident decision-making.
* Desirable understanding of safer gambling; full training will be provided.
* Excellent conflict resolution skills with an empathetic but assertive approach when addressing complaints.
