As a Chef de Partie, you'll bring creativity, quality, and precision to every plate. Working closely with our Head and Sous Chefs, you’ll lead junior team members and ensure exceptional standards in food preparation and presentation.
What You'll Do:
* Cook and present dishes to high standards
* Support menu development and quality control
* Manage your section’s stock and hygiene
* Contribute to a smooth, efficient kitchen operation
* Uphold safety, sustainability, and Company values
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in high-end or lifestyle kitchens preferred
* A team player with strong communication and leadership skills
* Clean, organised, and passionate about guest experience
* Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
* Full, clean UK driving licence
