We're looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team! With exciting global launches, events and activations each week across Marketing, Wholesale and Retail, a merchandiser is an invaluable member of the family here at REPRESENT. What you’ll be doing: Fully manage at least one of the four key business units (product ranges) from a merchandising perspective. Collate and present Weekly Trade Report to key stakeholders within the business. Review historical performance, coming up with strategy for future seasons and lessons learnt. Prepare options count for Seasons and Vendor, ensuring clear communication with Product Team. Undertake ad hoc analysis as required, presenting this information to support with decision making. Have an analytical and logical mindset to arrange clear plans/reports. Management of WSSI, and communication of OTB, sales risk and opportunity to the Head Of Merchandising Collaborate with members of the Merchandising team. Decide on buy level by Season, Vendor and Category Manage and oversee linecards on a weekly basis, actioning any rebuys/rephases/cancellations as and when required and possible. Manage workload, prioritising many different projects and tasks with confidence and reliability. Monitoring best and worst sellers list & week’s cover – reporting back to the management team with actions to be taken. Identify re-buys of best-selling styles balanced with suggesting sales promotions on any overstocked or slow-selling product. Suggest styles that should be part of a “NOOS” (never out of stock program) New launches/promotions. Supporting the business to meet planned launch dates and advising on control and movement of stock. Monitor sales by region both Internationally and within the UK. Prepare any competitor or retail reports, when requested. Review any markdowns or sales promotions (such as vault sales) Help with future Black Friday strategy. Independently plan and organise allocated workload. Assist Head Of Merchandising, when required Awareness of all factory shipment dates. Collaborate with Production, Product, Ecommerce, Marketing and Wholesale teams, striving to build open and productive relationships between departments. Management of team members, offering training and mentoring them. Ensure they are working to the best of their ability whilst also ensuring their wellbeing.
