This role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the quarterly planned roadmap, ensuring alignment between business priorities, capacity, dependencies, and delivery commitments. Acting as a central coordination point between business functions, technology, and delivery teams, this role ensures that demand is understood, prioritised, and sequenced to optimise value delivery.
What will I be doing?

Own and operate the organisation's Single Front Door (SFD) process for capturing, assessing, and qualifying new demand.
Ensure all incoming requests are triaged, validated, and routed appropriately using clear intake criteria and prioritisation frameworks.
Maintain transparency of demand through structured tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, portfolio dashboards).
Develop and refine intake processes and playbooks to ensure consistency, ease of use, and alignment with ways of working.
Lead the creation, maintenance, and publishing of the quarterly roadmap, ensuring visibility of planned work across all business functions.
Facilitate roadmap and prioritisation sessions with senior stakeholders, bringing together business goals, resource constraints, and delivery capacity.
Ensure alignment between demand, strategic objectives, regulatory commitments, and operational needs.
