Refrigeration Engineer (CO2) Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £45,000 £50,000 DOE + OTE £75,000+ + Benefits

What the Refrigeration Engineer Will Do:
This is a hands-on, field-based role where youll take ownership of service, maintenance and fault-finding across heavy commercial refrigeration systems.
Service, maintain and repair heavy commercial refrigeration systems
Work extensively on CO2 refrigeration plant (essential)
Diagnose and resolve faults independently on complex systems
Deliver high standards of safety, compliance and workmanship
Provide a professional and reliable service to customers
Manage your workload effectively across a regional patch
The Environment & What You Need:
This role is suited to an experienced engineer who is confident working on larger commercial plant and comfortable operating independently in the field.
Proven experience in heavy commercial refrigeration
Strong CO2 refrigeration experience (essential)
Confident fault-finding and diagnostic skills on complex systems
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Commitment to high standards of safety and customer service
Industrial refrigeration experience is beneficial but not essential

This is a field-based role covering London and the South East. Engineers can be based in areas including (but not limited to):
Oxford, Watford, Hertfordshire, Reading, Maidenhead, Slough, London, Maidstone, Sittingbourne, Faversham, Basildon and surrounding areas.
