I am hiring for Senior Data Platform Architect (ETL/Zscaler/VPC patterns/Microservice/VPN/Confluence/SharePoint)
Location: UK (Mostly Remote | Occasional travel to London, Birmingham, Manchester or Newcastle)
Job Description:
* Lead the architectural modernisation of a large-scale, brownfield data platform within a public sector environment.
* Re-architect data flows, schema evolution (300+ schemas), and integration patterns to align with enterprise standards.
* Design secure multi-cloud connectivity between AWS and Azure environments ensuring data integrity and compliance.
* Define data migration, ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies with minimal disruption to live services.
* Provide architectural governance, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement across multiple delivery teams.
* Ensure infrastructure, security, and network architecture align with government security and compliance standards.
