Accounts & Business Advisory Manager
* Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and oversee client portfolio, including review of statutory financial statements and management accounts.
* Prepare financial statements under FRS 102 (including 1A) and FRS 105.
* Conduct independent examinations.
* Manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors.
* Support junior team members through mentoring and training.
* Contribute to process improvements and implementation of new technologies.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
* Strong understanding of accounting and regulatory frameworks.
* Proficient in cloud‑based bookkeeping software (e.g., Xero).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
* Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA) or qualified by experience.
Desirable
* Experience with charity and trust accounting.
* Familiarity with grant claim preparation.
* Prior involvement in mentoring or training team members.
