The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop and empower school leaders, d rive sustainable school improvement, and influence education strategy at scale—ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across their allocated schools and beyond. They will have strategic oversight of education from 2 to 18, and it is essential they have proven experience of leading improvement and delivering successful outcomes across multiple schools within the secondary sector, through senior leadership or headship roles.
