Ensurecollection and maintenance of statistical information required for regular andad hoc reports and audit.
Attend andparticipate in practice meetings and mandatory training sessions.
Undertakethe on line training and other training pertinent to the role of NP or ANP as agreedwith the Practice Manager or Partners.

As well asthe nursing team, there is a need to work closely with reception and adminstaff to ensure the smooth running of the practice, reporting any problemsencountered to the relevant person and ensuring everyone is aware of thedifferent roles within the nursing team.
There isalso the need to establish and maintain good liaison with other surgeries andagencies, including secondary care.

Qualifications
* GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Own transport for home visits to care homes
* MSc BSc Clinical Nursing - Nurse Practitioner
* Knowledge of Chronic Disease Management
* Previous experience in either GP or walk-in centre advantageous but we will consider experienced applicants from secondary care
