Assembly Operative Location: Stourport Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm (30-minute lunch) Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm Pay: £12.21ph - £13.68 We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our Assembly Team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling conveyor unit components for a range of products, working from technical drawings and specific customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble components in line with technical drawings, customer specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Inspect, identify, and package finished products to company quality standards Notify the Assembly Section Leader of defective tooling, jigs, fixtures, or any production issues impacting targets Comply with responsibilities outlined in the Quality Control Manual and procedures in line with BS EN ISO 9001 requirements Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the work area Support other departments when required Adhere to all relevant ISO processes and company policies Carry out any additional duties as reasonably required Skills & Experience Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (training provided for the...
