We’re hiring a Supervisor for Portrush store, with full-time/part-time/ Seasonal positions available. Weekend availability is a must
You’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced team in a lively atmosphere where every day is different and exciting.
Candidates must exceed the age of *18* years old for this *job* role *due to* the mature nature of some duties.
*What you’ll be doing:*
* Leading a dynamic team of staff with enthusiasm and energy
* Jumping in to help on the counter whenever needed
* Handling the till, cashing up at the end of the day, and making sure the banking is all sorted
* Running the show when the manager isn’t around
* Keeping things clean, organised, and up to high standards
* Training staff to be their best, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile
* Opening and closing the store with ease and confidence
* Managing stock and placing orders to keep us running smoothly
*What we’re looking for:*
* Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality (preferred, but not required)
* Someone who’s tidy, disciplined, and always leads by example
* A self-starter who can work both independently and as part of the team
* A fun, positive attitude that motivates others to work hard and enjoy what they do
* Commitment to maintaining Bob & Berts' brand standards at all times
* An eagerness to grow within the company and learn new things
