Job Description
We are working with an MSP IT support company based in Steyning / Storrington area of West Sussex who are looking for a forward thinking, experienced 2nd /3rd Line Support Engineer to join their busy technical team.
As a 2nd/3rd Line Engineeryou will need to have previous experience working for an IT Support company.
1. Previous MSP experience is essential.
2. You will have a sound, basic understanding of IT and IT Terminology including all windows server and workstation products as well as networking technologies.
3. You will need to have previous experience installing windows desktop operating systems
4. Experience configuring wireless network and technologies
5. Understanding of Microsoft Office suite is essential
For this role it is essential that you possess excellent customer service skills, both written & verbal.
You will work well under pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer package:
Salary – Depending on experience level
