About the Role
As Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing day‑to‑day workshop activities, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
* Leading and motivating a team of skilled technicians and operatives.
* Managing workflow, job allocation, and prioritisation to meet deadlines.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
* Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with procurement for parts and materials.
