Description Asset Sales Support Officer As an Asset Sales Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Asset Sales Specialists and Lessee Sales Specialists in the execution of asset sale activities and the end-of-lease process. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming email correspondence and telephone enquiries directed to the Asset Sales team, as well as coordinating quotations for inspections and logistical arrangements. Additionally, you will be accountable for processing asset sales under pre-defined programmatic agreements, where no negotiation is required. Handle incoming calls to the Asset Sales and End-of-Lease group telephone line, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members as necessary. Oversee sales to partners under programmatic agreements, ensuring compliance with predefined terms and conditions. Respond to email enquiries received via the Asset Sales inbox, providing accurate customer-focused information. Prepare and issue contractual documentation in support of the wider Asset Sales Team. Maintain and update internal systems, including CRM and ILS, with relevant asset and customer information. Ensure accurate and timely updates to spreadsheets and SharePoint sites used for tracking and reporting. Coordinate the collection and transportation of assets, liaising with customers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders. Arrange asset inspections and manage communications with all involved parties. Engage with remarketing partners to obtain estimated asset values for resale or end-of-lease planning. Check and add incoming invoices to platform for approval. Organise vehicle taxation requirements and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with regulatory and internal standards. Measures: Ensure all customer and partner queries via email and phone are responded to within 48 hours. Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all communications. Complete all asset collection and inspection arrangements within agreed timelines. Keep CRM, ILS, and SharePoint systems updated in real time with a high level of accuracy. Maintain error-free documentation and data entry across all platforms and spreadsheets. Accurately apply programmatic agreements to partner sales. Provide estimated asset values on receipt, using approved remarketing partners. Proactively suggest process improvements quarterly to enhance efficiency or customer experience. Ensure compliance with vehicle taxation and documentation requirements. Maintain audit-ready records with limited discrepancies during internal reviews.
