Work Coach Role:
Are you passionate about helping people reach their potential? We’re looking for an engaging and motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, employers, and colleagues through digital channels, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings. You’ll use your communication and coaching skills to guide customers into work, explain complex information clearly, and support them in using digital job search tools with confidence. Every day will bring new challenges, from managing sensitive situations to delivering excellent service with professionalism and care.
