As QC Supervisor, you will oversee the QC team from a daily operational perspective, ensuring the lab runs efficiently and meets GMP standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced QC professional who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Requirements Strong QC chemistry background with experience in HPLC and GMP environments. Proven experience in coaching and developing team members. Demonstrated ability to manage lab operations and equipment ownership. Experience with scheduling and rota management. Hands-on approach with strong troubleshooting skills (science and equipment). Solid understanding of OOS processes and experience in managing investigations. Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
