As Restaurant manager you will work closely with the owners and the small team and run the day to day operations. The Restaurant manager duties will include running shifts, staff management, stock control and ordering, cellar maintenance, cashing up. A very hands on role. For this role, you will have supervisory experience within a quality restaurant, bar, Pub, hotel and a stable CV. This Restaurantmanager role Is a full time, permanent role with a good mix of shifts and 45 hours a week.
