Secondary Teacher responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons across KS3/KS4 (and KS5 if applicable)
* Maintain a productive classroom environment
* Adapt quickly to new school settings and follow provided lesson plans
* Uphold school policies and safeguard student wellbeing
* Contribute to pupils’ ongoing learning with consistency and enthusiasm
Secondary Teacher requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised in the UK
* Experience teaching in UK Secondary Schools
* Confidence managing behaviour in the classroom
* Ability to adapt and teach flexibly across a range of subjects or specialisms
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality teaching
