Deputy Headteacher (with strategic responsibilities for Inclusion, Pastoral and Attendance)

Salary - Leadership scale L3-L7

We are seeking an exceptional leader to work across our 'Two Schools' as Deputy Headteacher and help drive the next phase of our journey. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious practitioner who is passionate about securing strong foundations for every child and strengthening our "Two Schools, One Community" vision for both Northway Infants and Carrant Brook Juniors.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a central role in shaping our strategic direction and supporting high quality inclusive, pastoral provision across the two schools. You will help nurture a culture where, through our SHINE vision, children are encouraged to be Safe, Happy, Independent, Never give up and Excel to be the best they can be!
As a teacher, you will model excellent inculsive and adaptive classroom practice and teaching in KS2.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is an excellent teacher with a deep understanding of how children learn, adapting experiences and learning.
• Leads with integrity, high expectations and a commitment to inclusion
• Has the passion and skill to coach, develop and inspire others
• Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families
• Is ready to play a major role in whole school improvement and leadership
