Pay and Hours
* Day shifts: £16.25 per hour
* Sleeping night shifts: £12.65 per hour
* Weekend premium: Additional £1 per hour
* Additional supplemental £10.80 per sleep shift
* Shifts: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts
* Scheduled in coordination with the Estate and Operations Managers

Your Role as a Relief Care Supervisor
As a Relief Care Supervisor, you will:
* Support residents’ safety, wellbeing, and independence
* Respond to emergency calls during night shifts
* Oversee and assist with day-to-day care tasks
* Coordinate and support engaging social activities
* Foster a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a senior care role
* Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A caring, friendly, and reliable attitude
* Team leadership experience is a bonus
