Your enthusiasm for bikes and your customer service skills are key to success in this role. You will deliver high standards of cycle service and repair, working on various types of cycles including kids, adult, premium, performance, and electric bikes. You will carry out most service and repair tasks and help develop team members, maintaining quality standards. A practical problem solver who works efficiently will help customers find and maintain their ideal bike.
Experience in retail or cycle services is preferred, but practical skills and excellent customer service are also valued. We invest heavily in training to support your career development, whether in retail or other areas of the Group.
To succeed, you'll need:
* Experience in servicing, building, and repairing cycles
* Experience in delivering great customer service in a retail or cycle environment
* Sharing expertise with others
* Working with and achieving sales targets
* Availability to work on a rota, including weekends
