Job Title: Accounts/Finance Assistant Location: Coulsdon, Surrey Salary: £27,000 £30,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Office-Based (No Hybrid Working) Job Description: Our client, a reputable and growing financial company based in Coulsdon, is looking for an experienced Accounts/Finance Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for finance, and at least 1218 months of commercial experience in an accounts role. Key Responsibilities: Supporting daily operations of the finance department Processing invoices, payments, and staff expenses Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts Assisting with month-end reporting and procedures Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other internal departments Requirements: 1218 months of experience in a commercial finance/accounts environment Proficient in Sage accounting software Strong numeracy and attention to detail Good Excel skills and general IT proficiency Excellent communication and organisational skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work Whats On Offer: Salary: £27,000 £30,000 (depending on experience) Full-time, permanent position Friendly and supportive working environment Office-based role in Coulsdon with good transport links Please Note: This is a full-time, on-site role.
