This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day delivery of client work, with the opportunity to take ownership of smaller projects while building strong foundations in account management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts
* Building strong client relationships and attending calls and meetings
* Managing smaller projects from brief through to delivery
* Translating client briefs into clear internal briefs
* Supporting budget tracking and approvals
* Coordinating internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Assisting with studio workflow and timelines
* Quality checking work before it goes to the client
About You
You’ll have experience within an account management role in an agency environment, with a good understanding of how to interpret and write a brief. You’ll be organised, proactive and detail-focused, with strong communication skills.
