A welcoming school in Wantage are searching for a new Learning Support Assistant to join their established team of classroom assistants. The role involves working on a 1:1 and small group basis with pupils who have SEN and require additional support in the classroom. You will also have the opportunity to take activities outside of the traditional classroom environment and explore learning in other ways.
In this role you will:
* Be a part of a collaborative and supportive team of learning support assistants
* Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to ensure that individual targets and needs are met for students
* Become a part of wider school life
* Have a brilliant opportunity to be part of a new classroom before conducting any teacher training that you may want to pursue
* Support a wide range of children EYFS-KS2
