Requirements
The duties involve regulated work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member for regulated work with these groups, or if already a member, to undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update before a formal offer of employment is made by East Ayrshire Council. PVG records are continually updated, and any relevant information will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a permanent full-time position based at Hillside School, Cumnock. The hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday, directed by the line manager. The salary range is between £40,305 and £50,589 per annum. For further information, contact Tracy Stewart at tracy.stewart@eastayrshire.org.uk.
