As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Project/Contracts Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing end-to-end project delivery for a forward-thinking and supportive organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate on-site labour and subcontractors.
* Conduct site surveys and manage material procurement.
* Liaise directly with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
* Assist with the preparation and enforcement of Health & Safety documentation.
* Monitor project programmes and timelines, delivering regular updates internally and externally.
* Represent the company at site meetings and act as a key point of contact.
* Maintain high standards of installation quality across all sites.
* Ensure construction drawings are followed and regularly reviewed.
* Take and interpret client instructions, coordinating with the wider team to ensure accurate delivery.
* Promote efficient, safe, and compliant working practices across teams.
* Prepare project documentation including O&M manuals, progress reports, variations, and payment applications.
* Manage project budgets, costings, and financial forecasting.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in electrical project management or similar roles.
* Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, regulations, and industry standards.
* Familiarity with project management software and tools.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proactive problem-solving approach and a keen eye for detail.
* Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
* A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
* NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (desirable).
