Lettings Coordinator - Coventry - up to £28k A rare opportunity to join lovely family run independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years. Due to growth within their Lettings Department, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator / Coordinator working full time from their branch in Coventry. Main Duties for the Lettings Administrator role: Overseeing the administration, applications and referencing of each tenant and guarantor Arranging the drawing up and signing of all tenancy agreements Confirming payments required Arranging the move ins at all properties Arranging and carrying out viewings whem required Ensure all legal compliances are up to date Liaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancy Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries Key Skills Required: Lettings experience Excellent communication skills Strong IT and administration skills Able to work in a fast paced environment Full UK Licence and car Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm The team at Nexus are specialists in providing high-quality recruitment solutions across the property sector.
