About the Role

Accept Recruitment is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity as an Weekend On-Site Account Coordinator, overseeing our client site based in Leicestershire. This onboarding position offers a competitive basic salary up to £30,000 plus bonus.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage on-site operations within the driver sector.
* Produce MI reports, set and adhere to KPIs, peak planning, and conduct service reviews.
* Collaborate closely with our esteemed client to deliver world‑class service.
* Drive innovation and ensure the site’s operational excellence.
* Understand current and predicted client needs for agency workers on site.
* Support and manage the onsite team to build a reliable agency pool through successful recruitment strategies.
* Monitor Agency Worker attendance, absence, overtime, and performance concerns.
* Deliver KPIs for the Senior Operations Team.
* Ensure compliance with client site requirements including H&S, planning meetings, MDS, performance needs, induction, and PPE.
* Responsible for the overall management of the Accept Recruitment employees on site and adherence to internal policies and procedures.


What We’re Looking For

* Proven recruitment and on‑site experience, particularly within the driver sector.
* Comprehensive understanding of producing MI reports, KPI management, peak planning, and service reviews.
* Professional, enthusiastic, and organised approach with the ability to partner with our client effectively.
* Gravitas and credibility to deliver a world‑class service, maintaining high standards.
* Flexibility to accommodate client needs and willingness to go the extra mile.
* Strong understanding of interpreting client recruitment requirements.
* Autonomy and ownership of the role and account.
* Face‑to‑face and over the phone relationship building with multiple stakeholders.
* Appreciation of excellent service delivery to ensure our agency is reliable and trusted by the client.
* Competent with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Experience managing a team with remote support from internal service functions.

Working Hours

Friday 12pm – 9pm
Saturday 6:30am – 9pm
Sunday 6:30am – 9pm
Monday 6:30am – 11am
