Sales Support Coordinator – AST Networks Solutions
Join AST Networks as a Sales Support Coordinator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales, Account Management, and Project teams. This varied and dynamic position will see you handling sales administration, customer support, CRM maintenance, and coordination tasks within a global satellite communications business.
You’ll work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth processing of sales orders and documentation, while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Fully trained in our products, services, and internal systems, you’ll be equipped to deliver a high-quality service across the business. Responsibilities and Deliverables
* The key responsibilities of the role, as the Sales Support Coordinator, will include (but are not limited to):
* Provide timely and accurate processing of sales orders, proforma invoices, despatch notes, sales invoices, and purchase orders.
* Maintain clear, professional communication with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders across phone and email.
* Assist in the preparation and issuing of customer quotations, especially when Account Managers are with customers.
* Monitor and manage stock availability, payments, and order statuses, proactively updating customers to ensure expectations are met.
* Work with couriers and freight forwarders to obtain quotations and ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods shipping regulations.
* Manage CRM records (NetSuite) with up-to-date sales, order, and customer data.
* Support targeted marketing campaigns and customer updates in coordination with the sales team.
* Visit key accounts alongside Account Managers to build relationships and gain experience in account management.
* Handle customer and supplier invoice queries, raise credit notes, and process requests for Purchase Documents (PDs).
* Support and manage the shared sales team mailbox and contribute to month-end reporting procedures.

* Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new systems
* Background in sales support, order processing, or finance administration.
* Familiarity with satellite communications, Dangerous Goods, or export compliance.
* Experience with invoicing, credit notes, and CRM tools such as NetSuite.
* Basic understanding of pre- and post-sales processes.
Additional Information:
* This role requires access to your own transport due to the office location.
* Full training on AST Networks’ products, services, and systems will be provided.
