Salary Grade: NJC Scale 3, points 5 to 6 (actual gross salary £11,089 based on 15 hours a week, term time only)
Hours of Post: average weekly hours: 15, 6 hours per day (8:25am to 3:15pm; 45 mins lunch) 3 days one week, 2 days the next
Contract Type: Temporary for one academic year (to cover maternity leave), term time only

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and creative Early Years Practitioner/Teaching Assistant in Early Years to be part of our dynamic, dedicated and ambitious team in the school nursery.
We are looking to appoint someone who:
Loves working with young children, from 2 to 5 years old;
Has the ability to work in a team;
Is effective in supporting the needs of individual pupils and groups of children;
Shows an ability to work with children with a range of communication, sensory, physical and emotional needs;
Is approachable, adaptable, patient, motivated and a good communicator;
Has excellent organisational skills and enjoys the challenges we face in a busy school;
