What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Service Co-ordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting their engineers and ensuring their clients receive an exceptional service experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
11. Collating and printing engineer reports; cross-referencing with weekly timesheets
12. Logging timesheet data into internal systems
13. Identifying and tracking return visits and replacement part requirements
14. Liaising with customers on job status, scheduling, and follow-ups
15. Logging reactive calls and scheduling both pre-planned and emergency jobs
16. Assisting with invoicing, issuing customer check sheets, filing and administrative tasks

Our client is seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys the challenge of keeping multiple plates spinning. You'll need:
17. Previous experience in office administration or coordination, ideally in a technical or service environment
18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
19. Strong organisational ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office
20. A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
